By using Graphite ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Graphite provides tools for data visualisation and graphing. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for the data you upload and the visualisations you create. Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

4. Intellectual property

Graphite owns the Service and its original content, features and functionality. They are protected by international copyright, trade mark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of liability

Graphite and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
